When to contact us
You’re welcome to reach out if:
- you’re having trouble accessing your account
- something feels unsafe or concerning
- you have a question about moderation or privacy
- something doesn’t seem to be working as intended
When we may not be able to respond
CRÜ is intentionally lightweight. We may not be able to respond to:
- general feedback or feature requests
- disagreements with other users
- We may not be able to share details about moderation decisions
- questions already covered in Help, Terms, or Principles
CRÜ is designed primarily for queer people. If something undermines safety or trust, it’s okay to tell us.
