Contact — CRÜ
A calm way to reach us when something feels unclear, unsafe, private, legally sensitive, or genuinely stuck.
Community-first
How to contact us
Email
support@cruspace.com.au
We read support messages carefully. Replies may take time, and we may not be able to share details about moderation decisions where privacy, safety or legal obligations are involved.
Use a clear subject line
A short subject line helps us route the issue properly.
- Safety concern — for urgent or concerning behaviour
- Privacy request — for access, correction, data use or privacy questions
- Account deletion help — if you cannot use the in-app deletion flow
- Happening listing concern — for inaccurate, unsafe or misleading event information
- Account access — if you cannot sign in or access your account
When to contact us
You’re welcome to reach out if:
- you’re having trouble accessing your account
- something feels unsafe, discriminatory, coercive or concerning
- you have a question about moderation, privacy or account deletion
- a Happening appears cancelled, inaccurate, unsafe, misleading or not genuinely community-aligned
- something doesn’t seem to be working as intended
CRÜ is designed primarily for queer people. If something undermines safety, privacy or trust, it’s okay to tell us.
Help us help you
If something feels urgent or safety-related, say so clearly and include:
- usernames, Happening titles or links involved
- a short description of what happened
- screenshots if they help and do not expose someone unnecessarily
- whether there is an immediate safety concern
What we may not be able to do
CRÜ is intentionally lightweight. We may not be able to:
- respond to every general feedback or feature request
- referee ordinary disagreements between users
- share full details about another user, organiser or moderation decision
- resolve ticketing, refund, venue entry or organiser-run event disputes directly
Follow CRÜ
For public updates, community notes and quieter announcements, you can also follow CRÜ on Instagram and Facebook.
A steady closing note
CRÜ is meant to feel steady and human. If something disrupts that, it’s okay to reach out.
