Use this page for support, safety, privacy, account deletion, moderation reviews and Happening concerns. The subject lines below help us get your message to the right place.

1. Support email

Email support@cruspace.com.au. CRÜ is operated by CRUSPACE PTY LTD.

We read support messages and direct them to the right issue. Response time depends on what you need help with, so we do not promise a fixed response time on this page.

2. Use a clear subject line

  • Safety concern: concerning behaviour, threats, coercion, harassment or another safety issue that cannot be handled only through an in-app report.
  • Moderation review: a request to reconsider a material moderation decision affecting your account or content.
  • Privacy request: access, correction, data-use or privacy questions.
  • CRÜ account deletion request: to start account deletion from outside the signed-in flow.
  • Account deletion help: a problem with a deletion request or in-app deletion flow.
  • Happening listing concern: inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, impersonated or privacy-invasive event information.
  • Account access: sign-in or account-access problems.

3. What to include

Give us enough information to identify the account, content or Happening without sending more sensitive information than we need.

  • The username, account email, post/comment reference or Happening title/link involved, where relevant.
  • A short description of what happened and what you need help with.
  • Screenshots if they genuinely help and can be shared without unnecessarily exposing someone else's private information.
  • Whether there is an immediate real-world safety concern.

Never send your password, one-time authentication code or recovery secret to support.

4. Reports and urgent real-world safety

Where an in-app report is available, use it because it can preserve useful context for moderation. You can also contact support when the issue cannot be handled in the app alone.

CRÜ support is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate threat to someone's physical safety, use the appropriate local emergency or specialist service rather than waiting for a CRÜ response.

5. Privacy and account deletion

For a privacy request, tell us what information or concern your request relates to. We may need to verify identity before disclosing or changing account information.

You can start account deletion in the app or by contacting us. The Account Deletion page explains the cooling-off period, verification and the kinds of information that may remain for conversation context, safety, moderation, security, audit or legal reasons.

6. Moderation review

If you believe a material moderation action was wrong, use the subject “Moderation review” and explain the decision you want reconsidered. A review request does not guarantee reversal.

We may not be able to disclose another member's report, confidential safety information or details that would create privacy, legal, security or abuse-evasion risk.

7. Happenings and organiser issues

For a listing concern, include the Happening title or link and the main issue. Ticketing, refunds, venue entry and organiser-run event disputes generally remain the responsibility of the organiser, venue or ticketing provider unless CRÜ clearly handled the transaction itself.

8. General feedback

You can send product feedback and bug reports to the same support address. Useful context helps, but we cannot promise an individual response or that every feature suggestion will be built.
