Gold Coast queer events, friends and community

The Gold Coast has queer people, events and nightlife, but it is not always easy to know where everyone is, what is happening, or how to find people beyond the usual few venues.

CRÜ is being built to make that local queer social layer easier to find: friends, chats, event buddies, beach plans, coffee, nights out and low-pressure community.

Venues and events matter, but they are only one part of community. Sometimes people also need someone to go with, a place to ask what is on, or a softer way to find other locals before showing up alone.

CRÜ can sit beside the existing Gold Coast scene by helping people find plans, conversations and community around it.

People can use CRÜ to ask about queer events, find others going out, meet gay, bi, lesbian, trans, ace and broader queer friends, or start casual local chats that do not need to become anything intense.

The Gold Coast is social, but it can still feel scattered. CRÜ gives people another way to notice who else is nearby and open to connection.

Not every queer search is romantic or sexual. Some people are looking for friends, event company, local recommendations, gym buddies, beach plans, casual chats, or simply a way to feel part of a queer community.

CRÜ is designed around that broader kind of connection.
